7/31/2012 · When the ABS light is on, this is a problem in the Anti-Lock braking system. A common fail item associated with this, is a faulty Wheel Speed Sensor (aka ABS Sensor). However, on this vehicle, there are 3 of them- 2 at each front wheel, and one on the rear differential.

5/18/2018 · I have a 2002 Rodeo with about 146K miles. It has the V-6 engine and 5-speed manual transmission. About 6 months ago, the ABS warning light came on briefly. The next time I started the car, the warning light was off. Then it did not come on ago for quite a long time. More recently, it is coming on more frequently, but very intermittently.
4/30/2008 · I have a 97 Rodeo 6cyl 4WD (alt. Passport) The rr.abs and brake light is on. I replaced the ABS sensor (location differential) replaced the abs controller under the passenger seat. I changed the parking shoes,brake pads and adjusted emergency brake and bled brakes. Still dont work and light is on.
